Like the full moon says, it ‘s a celebration of life with our 45 years old…
We no longer have the energy of our 20s, but if we listen carefully to our body, it now has something else to show which is just as precious…
Like the full moon says comes from a sentence by Teodor Currentzis:
“Like the full moon says, everything will come back”.
Laughter overcomes the need of acceptance of a body that is slowly beginning its path to decay… Flabbier buttocks, wrinkles that write our story, hairs turning white… Rediscovering the body to fully inhabit it and grasp what kind of life can still shine.
In this inescapable assessment are the conscience, desire, to reinvent ourselves, to reborn, taste new things, try and free ourselves from family, cultural and social heritage… Recognize these many mournings and embrace them…
How do they dance?
How do they move?
How do they talk?
…
All the strength of our body and soul always comes from our capacity to dream…
We have the thirst to discover and liberate dance thanks to the voice. We love sounds, words, songs. Flesh can sweat and « yell » its expression in any way!
Nothing is explicit. It is not about inviting pity, but rather driving the audience into a crazy and brilliant universe, scathing and tender, raw and fragile…
May the audience comes out with a big smile and wet eyes to dare in their turn:
Embracing time without counting the days before we have to say goodbye.
